The self-titled debut release from Sued Nandayapa Bergmann Saunders was recorded during their tour of Texas in August 2018. The group convened in San Antonio before the tour, worked up some original songs, and enjoyed an instant easy chemistry.

The recordings were made at their concerts, during a radio broadcast for 91.7 KRTU, and at Andrew Bergmann’s home studio. All of the tracks were recorded live, with minimal editing. Bergmann’s longtime production partner Tyler Wood--a resident of Hudson, New York--did the mixing and the mastering. While choosing between performances and mixes, countless emails flew between band members, and quality control was assured.
